Getting Started with Supplier Integrations

Overview

This guide will walk you through connecting your first supplier integration, from initial setup to product import.

Prerequisites

• Admin access to your Invexhub account
• Supplier API credentials or data feed URLs

Step 1: Add a New Supplier

Navigate to Suppliers → Add New Supplier in your admin panel. Choose your supplier type from the available integrations.

Step 2: Configure Connection

Enter your API credentials, data feed URLs, or upload connection details depending on your supplier type.

Step 3: Map Product Fields

Configure how supplier product data maps to your store fields. Set up category mappings, attribute mappings, and pricing rules.

Step 4: Test Connection

Use the test connection feature to verify your setup is working correctly before going live.

Step 5: Run Initial Import

Start your first product import and monitor the sync logs for any issues.
