Product Import Template
Required fields:
• SKU (unique identifier)
• Title
• Price
• Supplier
• Category
Optional fields:
• Description, Images, Weight, Dimensions, Brand, UPC, MPN, Custom Attributes
Inventory Update Template
Fields:
• SKU
• Quantity
• Location (optional)
• Reserved (optional)
Pricing Override Template
Fields:
• SKU or Part Number
• New Price
• Markup Percentage
• Effective Date
• End Date
Export Options
- Full Catalog Export: All products with complete data
- Filtered Export: Products matching specific criteria
- Sync Report Export: Recent sync results and errors
- Inventory Report: Current stock levels across all suppliers
Processing Guidelines
- File Size: Maximum 10MB per upload
- Row Limit: Up to 50,000 products per file
- Format: UTF-8 encoded CSV with comma delimiters
- Processing Time: 5-30 minutes depending on size
